The jacket fits perfect. It is roomy, so if you want a tighter fit you may want to go a size down. As a heads up the tall size does have longer arm length on the sleeves so the extra elbow room may not sit directly on the elbow. But overall as 6'5 '' I 'm glad I went with the tall. I love the materials. The jacket itself has a really interesting touch to it. It almost feels rain resistant, obviously not rain- proof. Overall a great lightweight jacket.

A little above the waist, perfect length for the sleeves. Inside has a hidden zip up pocket, the lining inside is perfectly warm and the same material is include in the pockets to keep your hands warm. In the fall and early phases of winter I 'll wear a down mid layer to insulate my body heat and throw this guy over to protect from the elements. [ I was looking for a breathable jacket to use in windy Ohio spring and fall weather when it is too warm for a thick cotton hoodie. The Sten jacket is exactly what I wanted. It weighs the same as my old flimsy nylon windbreaker but feels much more durable. The pockets and details are well thought out, and the two way zipper and bottom hem snap allow for as much ventilation as needed. It is NOT waterproof, but the fabric dries quickly and can be treated with Greenland wax to make it more water repellent.
