I ’ m 5 ’ 9 200 and I bought a large and medium. I ’ m still too heavy so the large fits best for now. Though the medium fits snug and looks great on the arms. It handles sweat well and is super light weight. Only complaint is that my lanyard rubs on the chest area and the swinging mic cord has caused a little fabric pills. Still looks professional and keeps me dry on the footwear deck.

He ’s 5 ‘ 10 “& 135lbs and the polo fits him perfectly This is very easy to launder on delicate cycle in cold water and I hang it to dry with no wrinkles.
