It ’s warm but not to thick. It firs perfectly. The sides are made from stretchy material which is good for swinging the clubs. The front and back are made from a slim puffy vest style material. I think it ’s less than an inch thick so it won ’ t be in the way or annoying.

Not sure id fit a sweatshirt underneath but fleece lined long sleeve shirt would work. I am 5- 7, 135 lbs for reference.
