This is a relaxed fit for tall people with wiry builds, which I 'm not( I 'm 5' 9 '', 170lbs) They pretty much made a `` Big and Tall '' shirt but just the `` Tall '' part. Everything is extended longer, but I would n't call it `` relaxed ''. It has a snug fit around the chest, a comically long torso that goes to my thighs, and the arm holes just go further down my arm. It does n't really drape off my shoulders the way other relaxed fit shirts do. I need to get some stuff tailored and I honestly might throw this in there and have them cut the torso shorter. It's a cool shirt, I like it, but the Relaxed Fit is executed strangely.

I 've bought and worn every t- shirt Free Fly has made since the beginning( when all they had was a Shopify store and nobody had heard of them yet). The truly original bamboo tees were my all- time favorite, and I still wear them because Free Fly makes great clothes that last. In between, they experimented with different fabrics, with some versions being too stretchy and form- fitting. But the Elevate lightweight tee is the perfect successor to their original. I love this shirt. Back for more. I sweat a lot and am yet to find a better running shirt for hot, humid Midwest( U. S.) Summer running. The way I sweat, every run shirt gets wet, but this shirt handles it much better than most by not clinging to my sides at all. Yes, it gets some snags over time and washing( been using mine for ~2 years). This is to be expected with the lightweight material, and I would rather be this comfortable on a run with some micro- snags. I like just a little more room in shirts, and at 6 ft tall, 160 lbs, the Large is perfect.

I ordered these in several colors because they are comfortable and work well at the gym. They are on the thinner side though and in terms of sizing, I would say buy whatever your regular size is. I normally wear a XL but I ordered the XXL because I did not want them to cling to my skin( I 'm 65+) and show every lump and bump. But, I really did not have to do this and could have easily just worn my regular size. Again, they are thin and do not hold you in so if there is something that you do n't want to show, I would say get them in the darker colors or you could size up.
