I love these shorts and have them in at least four colors. I bought a size down( M) because I like my shorts closer to my body but because of the nice drawstring you can give yourself extra tummy room. Frankly, I could easily wear XL for the popular baggy look, L for the regular sweat- short look, and in my case, go exercise so those M shorts get looser! I do n't put my Nike clothes in the dryer. I live on the coast. I like to wear shorts& layer a T- shirt& sweatshirt on sunny winter days. The young girls do, too. These are perfect! They have POCKETS!

The fit is a little oversized. This is a small and I usually get a medium or a large if I want pants oversized. Seems to be designed to be durable such as having a plastic piece on the end of the tie. Inside is a nice soft fleece and doesn ’ t pull to bad when you wash it.

I bought these in black a month or so ago and wear them so often I came back and ordered the grey ones. My favorite sweat shorts I own and they look so good with the matching crop sweatshirt. I ordered a medium and I 'm 5' 9, 145 lbs, 29- 30 '' waist, and 40 '' hips. They are long enough to give appropriate coverage but still look so cute, I 've worn them out in public in the summer. I 've played pick up volleyball in them, very comfortable and easy to move in. The fit is spot on and the fleece feel on the inside is very soft.
