59 year old active: I don ’ t care for cropped shirts, and this is the perfect workout shirt( also good for hiking and everyday wear!). It ’s long enough that I don ’ t need to be concerned about lifting weights above my head& showing skin; it is a great balance between not too baggy/not skin tight, and it breathes well while exercising or walking dogs. I ’ m 5 ’ 4 ”, and the large is comfortable( approx 151lbs). I usually take an extra large in Athleta ’s Momentum tops( so that they ’ re not skin tight), but have been unhappy with how they keep shortening the length of their tops. I worked in the yard for several hours in 80 degree heat and it kept me cool and comfortable. I could have worn it the next day as it did not retain any odor. I was n't certain how the addition of Lyocell to the Wool would affect the breathability of the fabric. I am happy to say it worked just fine! I have not yet washed it but am sure it will live up to the Smartwool standards. Nice to have a v- neck option as not all of us look good in crew neck styles. From a modesty standpoint you do have to be a bit careful when leaning over. I normally wear a medium however based on the review I ordered a small and it fits perfect.
