Although it's technically a sporty piece of clothing I have found I can wear it to pretty much any occasion. It goes with every pair of trainers I own which makes it a versatile and classy piece. I have other similar Nike items however the tick/branding can be a bit much whereas this has the perfect sized logo situated in a subtle place on the garment. I have tried on so many of these types of sports dresses and I have never found one that I liked until this one! The best part is that the built in bra is perfect. I actually feel comfortable wearing it without a separate bra which is very unusual for me. The built in shorts with pockets for your phone are great too. It also has really great tummy flattening. The only downside of this dress( and any other dress this type) is that in order to use the bathroom you have to pull the entire thing off the top of your body and essentially be topless. But I do n't mind that too much. I am 5' 4 '' 130lbs and the small fits me perfectly.
