I usually have a problem with dresses being too short- waisted, but this elastic waist hits in the right spot and doesn ’ t ride up. I think this dress runs slightly bigger than most FreeFly items in the same size. I have a smaller chest and I have some extra room in the bust, and the skirt also adds a bit of bulk. Very nice fabric, I love all of the garden island and hemp fabrics from patagonia. This is super oversized, I ordered a size down to a medium and it is still big on me. I have a B bust so I ’ d recommend buying based on your bust size and not hip size. I have large hips and I sometimes have a hard time wearing large bottoms, there ’s plenty of room for my 45in hips in the medium. It ’s super low cut and so I ’ ll probably modify it per patagonias recommendations on their site to make the straps a bit shorter.
