Currently I have 3 Elevate Hoodies and love them all! The New Edition has 2 slight differences from it's predecessor. This one the shoulder has the typical straight line sleeve divider compared to the smooth rollover sleeve. Both designs are appealing and obviously have a slightly different appearance. Probably a good thing since I wear them all the time! The other difference is the thumbhole on the sleeve. The previous edition has a loop for the middle finger and covers the top of the hand slightly better for fishing, but for everyday wear the thumbhole is ideal. I work from home and basically wear the Elevate Hoodie all day with my Breeze Pants. Comfortable, lightweight, and simply a& quot; cool look& quot; are all important to me and this nails it across the board!

I have to maneuver a little to get it over my chest( 46 inch) but it's not a problem, just noticeable. The material has a nice stretch to it. Might have a shirt on underneath or nothing under depending on temperature and wind. Love the hood fit with or without a hat. Zipped up the hood stays on well. Zippers work well. I 've washed it several times now and the material and color still look new. Washing on delicate and hang dry. I like it so much I might get another.

Bought this hoodie in the olive color as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, who likes to work out in hoodies. He loves it and wears it all the time- at the gym when lifting, on runs, around the apartment, etc. Contrary to other reviews, he actually likes that the hood is big because it does n't fall down when he's running. For reference, he's 6' 4 wtih a 44in chest and I bought the XL which fits him perfectly. He has n't had issues with the tag being scratchy either. Overall, we 're very happy with the purchase and he now wants to buy more from this brand!

I 've always loved the quality of fjalraven clothing. It's expensive but it stays looking good for longer than most. Not that looking good is the main thing I go for it's an added bonus. Very hard wearing& durable, this hoodie is exactly the same but it's detailing sets it apart from the rest. Its a really warm& cosy hoodie that's very comfortable to wear. I often prefer men's styles due to the straight cut without the flared out hips that most women's shirts/sweaters tend to have. I wear this hoodie as my jacket when temps are on the warmer side and as a mid layer under a jacket when temps are on the colder side. I will say it's very warm though. I can usually get away with wearing it in the low 50s to high 60's as my outer layer. I 'm a 5' 5 '', 110 lb female with a straight/slim build and I wear the XS. The sleeves are a tad long for me but I 'm used to it since I wear mostly men's clothing. I usually just cuff them back a little. I 'm also a big fan of the G1000 reinforcements from the elbow to the wrist. It's a nice look and gives the sweater extra durability. The leather logo/ending to the drawstrings is a nice touch too.
