Budget Elliptical Machine

I am five months postop from a bilateral quad tears. I currently do two days a week of physical therapy and thought I needed to add some activity while at work. The elliptical sits under my desk, and I use it while in meetings or while doing paperwork. It is very quiet and has helped my recovery time

I live in up state Iowa,& am 67 years old. I suffered a severe head& spinal injury about 5 years ago& this wonderful piece of equipment has helped me to exercise my legs while still sitting! It helps my cardio as well, all I can say is thank you from an old retired Marine& I would definitely recommend this to someone who has trouble standing or walking because of an injury!

This Strider is worth every single penny, dime, nickel, quarter, dollar, etc that I paid for it. It has gotten me moving in a world where my desk job consumes my time. My kids even love it. With my daughter being a gymnast, she actually loves it to keep her moving on days she's not in training. My sons who are 6 and 4 years old love it as well. I can even get my husband on this thing once in awhile. It has not only enhanced my workout, but just seeing it provides the temptation to workout. It moves like a regular elliptical you see in a gym. I even use my dumbbells with it. I used it not only when sitting but standing as well. I have convinced so many other family members and friends to buy this. It's awesome.
