Machine gives you a great work out! Requires assembly but is very straight forward and as long as you tighten all bolts properly, the machine is very sturdy during use. I purchased the SOLE E25 because I wanted a simple, well- built elliptical for basic cardio, and so far it has met my expectations. I 've had it for about two weeks and have used it around 5 – 8 times, typically working out 3 – 4 days a week. I had it delivered and assembled through the third- party service partnered with Dick's Sporting Goods, and the process went smoothly. While this model includes several electronic features and workout programs, I mostly stick to the basics. In my experience, the electronic components are often the first things to have issues on fitness equipment, so I primarily use it for straightforward morning cardio workouts. So far, the machine feels sturdy and appears to be good quality. It's been exactly what I was looking for, and I 'm hopeful it will continue to be reliable for years to come.

I 've tried a lot of different elliptical machines, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Nordic Track Elite FS16i elliptical! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free- moving so that you can adjust your stride. It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how I 'm feeling each day. It has an amazing tablet that connects to the iFit program but you can also download a selection of personal apps to watch shows while you workout. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. Even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout. I was sweating in no time! This is a great elliptical machine for any home gym!

As a busy father of 3, it can be difficult to find workout equipment that can make me feel like I can get a quick but efficient workout. Not true with this Elliptical! It truly is a 3- in- 1 machine! I feel like I am getting my workout in much more efficiently and at a higher burn rate than with my treadmill or bike. I really appreciate that resistance is directly in the handle as well, which makes it easy for quick changes. Overall this is one super nice workout product, and while this is an incentivized review, I mean it, if you 've been in the market for an elliptical, this is the one for you!

It has been years since I have been to the gym, but when I went, I never used any other cardio machine other than the elliptical. We have never owned one in our home. I worried about the space and if it would fit. I was very wrong. Even at full stride, it fits really well into our small- bedroom home gym. I feel like I can get a full stride with no issue. Using the resistance and incline controls right on the hand bars is probably my favorite feature though. It helps me push myself quickly and cool down just as quickly to get a full workout in quicker. This is an incentivized review, but my opinions are my own.

Some workout options can be loud but this is like running in stealth mode. When the kids are asleep this is a great way to get some miles in. One of the things that I liked about this elliptical was that the pedals were not stuck in one place so that you could adjust your stride length- this let people of different height be able to use the machine comfortably. It also means the overall length of the machine feels shorter than other ellipticals, which makes the machine fit better in a home setting. This machine gives a great workout- even on a basic setting. While you can use it without a subscription to the iFit network, to get the most out of it, you 'll probably want to subscribe to the iFit service- I did enjoy the iFit workouts that I participated in.

I am 79 years old and had heart surgery in March; my cardio PT recommended rehab. I used a cross trainer at the hospital and really enjoyed it. I decided to buy one. After researching what was available online and reading reviews, ordered the Free Step. It is a high quality heavy duty piece of equipment. It was not difficult to put together. and I am not mechanical; the pieces all fit together. In fact, I thought it must be German made( it is not). It runs smoothly and is very quiet. I am satisfied with my purchase. Comparing it to the cross trainer I used at the hospital, it i comparable in quality, but with fewer frills and much less expensive. I have recommended it to others( including the staff at cardio rehab). I hope and expect to be using it for a long time

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I 've had my Sunny Elliptical for two weeks, and I love it! I was able to do the assembly methodically in a timely manner and was pleased with that accomplishment( I 'm a small __quote__senior__quote__ female)! I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

When building the machine it takes a while but it's worth it in the end. Step by step to build. It's the right size that if you make space for it's worth it. I use it regularly for exercise for cardo. Workouts are easy and I highly recommend the resistance. It's a self investment. Please be aware that some of the leg pieces that hold the machine up will come out. But you can always pop them back in. Be kind to yourself and the machine it's worth it.

So far nice elliptical, size is better than I thought, had a problem with assembly. Tension wire in main frame was inaccessible, had to purchase a pair of 11 inch needle nose pliers to reach it. Reached out to Sunny for help with this they sent me a video of how to connect it, which I already knew how to do, so that was a waste. But other than that that so far so good.

The is a very well designed elliptical and provides a great workout. The motion has a very slight vibration at high intensity levels. However, the equipment is well built and runs relatively smoothly and quietly. Getting this into my house and assembling it was quite challenging. Unless you are mechanically inclined and have some strong helpers to move the equipment, you should probably pay the additional fees to have this done professionally, even though this adds a lot to the cost.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
