I wear a medium or large in women ’s, depending on the style. I got a medium in men ’s in this shirt and it fit perfect. It wasn ’ t snug and had a comfy, loose fit to it, which is what I prefer. This is definitely material that will be durable for a long time.

Somehow the material of shirt feels heavy, but, keeps you cool throughout your workout. It ’s a simple design being one solid color and can be paired with many different colored bottoms.
