I was not a huge fan of the low rise versions for coverage reasons and upon trying these on I fell in love. They have slightly more coverage, are super lightweight, beautiful colors, and they are great for strength training and running. Overall a great purchase for the spring/ summer. I ’ d recommend going a size up because they do fit slightly small but also because of the slit in the leg it would be easy to get away with going true to size if you are fine with a tighter waist band.

[ I really impressed with the shorts when i pulled the shorts out of the bag. At first glance, they didn ’ t look like what i typically wear to work out in. They were styled more like a daily use pair of shorts. The fabric had a nice weight to it and felt great. Usually anything i get with dri- fit is on the thinner side. The shorts fit great, not overly loose, and the legs were wide enough without looking baggy. I really like that they ’ re made for working out, but the design doesn ’ t yell out “ i just got done working out! ” I will probably use these for outdoor walks/hikes, versus in the gym. The heavier weight will help block the wind and if they do get a little wet, they should dry out quickly. I do wish the pockets had zippers or snaps to help keep things from falling out. My phone, wallet, and, car key all fit without the pockets feeling over filled. Nothing fell out of the pockets getting in and out of my car, but I will always keep thinking about that when I have them on. These shorts are great for a workout, with a quick stop either before or after.

[ I love these shorts, I occasionally wear men's shorts as at times I find them more comfortable. These are extremely comfortable and I love the oversized fit. I 'm 5'2 so these come to my knees. Even though they are training shorts these can be used for leisure activities as well, going to the store, picking up mail literally everything. When I excerise in them the oversized fit allows me to have a great range of motion. The pockets are deep and are able to hold various items, sometimes depending on what I have in my pocket it may bump up against my leg but that may be me just overstuffing my pockets. There is an elastic wasit band and drawstring if you need them to be more secure!! Both are a plus, definitely get these shorts!!!

[ I do n't usually reach for bike shorts for a workout, but these Nike One bike shorts might just be a new workout staple. I really like the 7- inch length-- not too long and not too short. As far as I can tell, they are squat proof too. The larger back pocket is awesome-- it even fits my iPhone! As far as sizing, I would say these are true to size. Because I generally like a less compressive or restrictive fit in my workout bottoms, the mediums were perfect for me.
