[ I use these shorts to play soccer in. They have two layers and are mesh material. It makes them light weight and airy. I do really like the pockets. I do try and look for shorts with a little more stretch to them, particularly in the thighs, but they didn ’ t restrict my movement or play. [ The shorts felt great while exercising, the fit is roomy but they have a secure waistband and are cut nicely above the knee and have nice deep pockets. It is a plain design but as such it matches with any other workout gear. Don ’ t need to spend time worrying about putting together an outfit before exercising because they go with everything. The fabric and drawstring material both felt high quality and substantial. I liked the material the most, the only thing I would change would be adding maybe one other design element, maybe some piping or contrast stitching along the hem or edge of the pockets. Something simple to give them just a little bit of interest
