It ’s thick enough to pass the squat test- to put it more plainly, these are not see through! I love that these shorts are high waisted as well, it gives me that nice snatched feeling and there is no issue with the waist band rolling when you move around. I am usually an XL in Nike bottoms and the XL size for these shorts fit perfectly. So far I have worn them for strength training, running, and walking indoors. I would definitely use them to bike outside in once the weather warms up as well. Highly recommend these shorts to anyone who ’s looking for your new favorite pair!

I don ’ t really like to buy clothing with tight elastic bands on the waist and prefer a little bit longer in length. But it ’ d be ok for a short workout. I like the fabric. I really love the soft and buttery feel of the InfinaSoft fabric! I bought a second pair immediately after receiving the first because that ’s how much I loved them! More importantly, I love the fact that the thigh area( hems) aren ’ t stitched. My personal opinion is that Nike ’s biker shorts are made for women with slimmer/smaller quads. I have purchased numerous pairs of their biker shorts only to return them because they ’ re just too tight and constricting on my quads. I was concerned that I 'd be forced to workout out in baggy shorts and t- shirts throughout my pregnancy. My concerns were alleviated when I put on the Nike One Maternity Shorts. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease at which the shorts slid on and the barely there feel of the material covering my stomach. This is probably the most important feature as I barely like anything touching my stomach at this point. The shorts are well- made and durable. I wear them often when running errands. The fabric feels soft and I 'm hoping the black color offers a slimming effect. One of my favorite features is that the fabric covering my stomach is thin enough that I can cover my stomach or fold it down over the bottom of the shorts and it does n't look bulky under my tops. I could n't find any complaints with this item. I do wonder about color options available though. I 'd like to see them made in a variety of colors not just the normal black and grey. Overall, this is a nice, comfortable, cool pair of shorts that I 'll probably continue to wear after the baby is born.

Perfect for long running! The pockets are amazing! I can hold 3 gels in each pocket. Then there is room for one in the back pocket too! You can also put a phone there if you want. The only issue is with the material. The softness makes the shorts very comfortable, but the inner thigh rubs the material down a bit. If you run super long, like I do, over time that material may wear thin and tear a small hole. At least it did for me. Otherwise, if you do n't marathon train, then you 're probably fine. I 'll probably buy another pair when I 'm back to running shorter races.
