[ I was a little concerned that I would never wear this. However, this has become my new go to cover up after hot yoga or when coming inside for a run. I prefer to wear it unbuttoned over my workout top or sportsbra. It doesn ’ t make me hot but protects me from the blowing air conditioner when I ’ m sweaty. A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. It feels great on but the sound reminds me of the old “ swishy ” track suits. It does run a little over sized I usually wear a small, and this small feels like I could wear this as a bathing suit cover up in the summer.

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

The best sweatpants I own. I bought black, birch and regular gray and I refuse to wear anything else.
