[ The Brooks Dash 2- in- 1 shorts performed extremely well both on road and trail runs. They fit true to size and the fabric was excellent for my typical 6 mile runs. The built in compression shorts were ideal for hot runs and prevented chaffing during humid days. Like all Brooks products the materials used in the shorts is high quality, performed well against sweaty abuse and washes. The shorts looked new even after a month of runs and washes.

They are very comfortable and breathable. I live in the south and they held up well in extreme heat and were very breathable and did not get soaked or heavy with sweating.
