The length is perfect, not too short and not too long and it ’s high waisted, which covers up my belly button. Everything is perfect about these shorts but if I could change 1 thing, and this is because of my own personal problem- I wished the front was more tummy controlled. Other than that, these shorts are great, I would definitely get more in different colors. In my opinion, these are way better than the Nike pro sculpt.

Another nice pair of shorts from Dick's, I 've gotten quite a few now from Dick's Sporting Goods and have been happy with all of them. This pair is no exception. Really excellent shorts in fact. These are made of a thin moisture wicking material with an inner integrated' underwear' compression part. This is well- designed and it's not too tight but supportive enough for any activity, whether running or plyometrics. This are quite short, a real modern style running short length. The shorts are loose enough to not restrict your movement when you are active. But with the inner compression part you do n't need to feel self- conscious if you 're down on your back lifting your legs in a fitness class or something. The stitching seems very good, with it being stitched in an eye- pleasing way- by this I mean it's not just a plain' bag' like one- piece short- it looks good. There are two pockets on either side with the left one having an inner zipped pocked. This is n't real large but it's stretchy, so my mid- sized Samsung phone fit in it just fine. It's seems to be sturdy enough to hold a phone without it bouncing inside there. So, a really good pair of shorts, they seem to be well- made and well- designed.

I ’ ll wear them on runs and just keep them on for whatever activity or errands I do after that. The zippered pocket in the back is great. It is big enough to hold an iPhone 13 pro but not too big where it ’s moving around a lot. The zipper opens and closes smoothly without any snags. Definitely want more of these!

Nice simple shorts. Very versatile and the zipper pockets, which I feel are a must at this price point make for secure storage. Material seems similar in feel to the tech fleece line but for a cheaper price. The material is also cooler than tech fleece. I find these can be worn in temperatures above 80 degrees. Note the 7inch inseam, I ’ m am 6ft and the medium fit well but could feel a short compared to the regular tech fleece shorts

I found the shorts to be extremely comfortable and allowed for flexibility. Whether biking, running, walking or strength training, the shorts are easy to wear, comfortable and allow free movement and flexibility. The material was breathable and lightweight and did a great job of managing and drying sweat. The shorts did not feel constricting and the band at top hit in the right place and didn ’ t cause bulging on the sides which is often an unwanted side effect of workout clothing. The mid- rise was a perfect fit, not too high but enough so they didn ’ t fall when working out or wearing which is key. There is a little pocket in the waist band of the shorts which is great for putting keys or money when out on a run. Although the color is light, the shorts covered appropriately and are not see through which is another added plus. The fit is true to size so order the size that you normally wear. Overall, great addition from a trusted brand to add to your workout wardrobe.

There was no hiding any fat or rolls or belly. If they had some sort of tummy panel or shape smoothing to them, they would be the perfect shorts! Other than that, I have zero complaints, and they still get five stars from me! If you have no issue with belly fat, these shorts are the bees knees! I will definitely wear these under other clothes and at home, both as loungewear and for working out. I ’ m very pleased! I am 5 ’ 5 and around 210 lbs; I got size XL and they were perfect.

[ I do n't usually reach for bike shorts for a workout, but these Nike One bike shorts might just be a new workout staple. I really like the 7- inch length-- not too long and not too short. I found I was n't having to constantly pull the shorts down while doing different activities. The shorts also fit really well and had a buttery soft feel that made them quite comfortable. As far as I can tell, they are squat proof too. The larger back pocket is awesome-- it even fits my iPhone! As far as sizing, I would say these are true to size. I wear both small and medium in workout gear, depending on the brand. I tried a medium in these. Because I generally like a less compressive or restrictive fit in my workout bottoms, the mediums were perfect for me. But I imagine I could probably wear the smalls too and get the advertised tight fit. If you like longer spandex workout shorts, I would highly recommend these Nike One Tight fit bike shorts. I am thoroughly impressed!

[ Wow! Just ran 2 miles in these can honestly say I ’ m very pleased. I typically would never run in shorts due to chaffing but thought I would give these a try since they were advertised as sweat wicking. The shorts did not disappoint. During the run I did sweat quite a bit as you can see from armpits in pic and the shorts did not get wet one bit. I wore a size 0x and at first try on thought they were a big loser than I would like, but that loser fit played into comfortability. During my run I was extremely comfortable, did not have to tug on bottoms to pull them down or adjust fitting. They also have built in underwear, which is a plus. This is a piece you want regret, if your active, they perform exactly has advertised and if your looking to run errands comfortably you will still be stylish.

The liner on the inside is very comfortable and most importantly not restrictive. Wore these at the gym and felt amazing for leg day. The liner does a great job with compression and the shorts themselves are light and flexible. [ These are basically the combination of the UA Heatgear compression shorts and woven training shorts. The liner is very comfortable and supportive and the shorts are nice and cool. First time I wore them was for an indoor bike workout and I liked them. Liner wicks sweat well, very little soaked through onto the shorts themselves.
