[ I am in love with these leggings! I am a 39yo, 118lb, 5 ft 5 '' female, usually wearing a maximum UK size 8, but often fluctuate with water weight, so Nike sizing of small( 8- 10) always covers all of the ups and downs for me as the XS( 4- 6) is usually too small. I spend at least 4 days a week in the gym, combining cardio( usually running), and resistance training with free weights and machines, so most of life is spent wearing leggings, including in my day to day life as a busy mum. Nike have always been my favourite brand for activewear because the styles, quality and functionality crossing over from activewear to fashionwear are unrivaled, but more recently, my preference for gym leggings is definitely as high waist as possible- this is partly due to my age and evolving preference for everything to be tucked in nowadays, but also because the support and positioning of high waisted leggings is vital for running and the variability in movement during resistance training. These Nike Zenvy leggings tick all of the boxes- they are so incredibly supportive without causing any restriction at all, they stay high and secured above the waist no matter the exercise, they 're a vibrant, striking colour and are beautifully soft and smooth, they 're genuinely like a second skin- you barely feel like you 're wearing them, comfortable, breathable, no tightness or cutting in at all, just streamlining and supporting your body in all the right places. Squats and lunges, running, stretching, the school run, hiking, shopping, whatever you 're doing, these leggings are perfect- they 're not a distraction to your activity and leave you with nothing but body confidence. I would genuinely change nothing about them, but my only concern is how well they wash and stand up to repetitive friction over time, as this super soft material makes me feel it has the potential to bobble very slightly over time, but it has n't happened yet! Off to buy more colours...!

[ The Nike Zeny mid- rise 7/8 leggings give a streamlined look to anyone wanting to be able to move more freely. The Infina soft fabric is lightweight which made them a perfect choice for taking part in a recent Reformer Pilates Class. The Dri- FIT Technology kept me dry during the whole class by reducing the sweat against my skin plus they were extremely comfortable. I would definitely like to see more colours in this design as they smooth the waist aswell as reduce rolling, pinching and sliding. At least 50% of this product is recycled polyester fibres so it made them an even better choice for everyday wear although I would like to see a full length version too!

[ My LG Fit Sensor 2 shorts I own are a little bit too small for me, so I bought the sensor 3 shorts 1 size larger than my sensor 2 shorts. One size larger turned out to be a perfect fit for me and the top band does not roll over. I found sensor 3 to be very comfortable and it feels like it might be a little bit lighter/cooler material than the sensor 2 shorts. To my surprise, the leg length is a little bit longer than the sensor 2 leg length, which is good. Also, the legs stay in place as I ride. [ Speaking as someone who works with fabric, the pattern on these shorts do n't allow as much freedom of movement as their 2018 model but I 'm still grateful that quality shorts exist for slender riders with long inseams. I miss the drawstring waistbands but this will do.

[ Fit is good( large for 34 '' waist). Chamois is very confortable. I 'm 6' 4 '' and could use a bit longer inseam- think the older model was a bit longer. The color bleeds a bit when washing so wash separately initially.

I would definitely buy another one, actually I already have.. Now have three one in rust and another in a different style from same company. One thing please more colors options in this shirt. This has been one of the best shirts I have purchased. Full disclosure, this is my 4th from this brand. These shirts are comfortable and great looking. They can be used for all sorts of activities, including biking or even just wearing as a casual setting. The only gripe I have with them is that they do snag on things easily. If you have a pet, be warned. Their claws may just pull out a string ir two making it loop out and get caught on other things as well.
