This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good.
