Always Wears a Hat
I purchased the grey Latitude hat in March 2019. It has traveled in my suitcase to multiple places over the years, and washing machine cycles, and it still has its shape. Since I started having children in 2019 it gets worn when I am outside no matter what. Most sun hats I have purchased fade from the constant sun exposure, but not the grey one. The brim has lost a lot of its firmness over the years, but it still retains its shape and does not sag or has gotten wrinkly. Recently I purchased the BlueStone color of this hat and it ’s beautiful. My grey one is my main garden hat now the blue one has replaced my daily use.

I got this hat because the brim is slightly smaller than my full on sun hat, so it ’s not as awkward to wear in the car or indoors, but still provides a good amount of sun protection. I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. It does seem to run a little small compared to my other hats of the same size, so if you ’ re in between sizes, probably best to size up. Oh, and the sunglasses holder is awesome! This is the second hat in this style that I have purchased. The first one I ’ ve worn for hiking, water aerobics, walking and general use. The fit is adjustable and air vents help in hot tropical weather. The material is lightweight and easy to clean plus the cap bill is foldable which is great for travel. I have received many compliments also. I have these hats in white and blue. Bought a second one as a backup while traveling. Highly recommend this hat, a favorite! I have all 3 colors. LOVE THIS HAT. It's perfectly breathable, lightweight, Never feels hot. Wicks away sweat, easy to clean and the foldable bill allows you to stow it anywhere. Only wish they made more colors. Fuchsia would be great!!

Bought this one to replace old one that was blue and has traveled around the world with me. Love how light and compact it can be when not wearing it and how you can expand it for wearing to keep sun off your face and neck. Only reason I have to replace old one after 12+ years is because of the metal in the outer part finally snapped in few spots. So outer part does not hold shape as well especially in wind. Mind you I washed it with similar color clothes probably once or wove a year( which might not have been recommended) and would fold it over twice to fit in top of back back on travel days in airports and buses. I ’ m just happy I still had tag on old hat to find company to buy this new one. The old one I will still wear around house doing yard work. Needless to say after buying several different hats this if my favorite one for spring, summer, and fall. Thank you for this wonderful design that stands up to my abuse and keeps looking great.

This hat is versatile and comfortable. Everyone should have an Outdoor Research Seattle Rain Hat. It is waterproof, lightweight and packable. The Fatigue/Black that I order is as shown in the picture. I do agree with another reviewer that they should bring back the adjustable headband.
