I have a large head and typically will wear a baseball cap on the beach because hair needs to be back, this hat is amazing!! I wore it first on a windy day and just had to tighten the back and the chin strap and the hat stayed on my head. I love that it covers my ears and the back of my head and neck. This hat is great for very sunny conditions here in the south. I it not heavy or bulky like some wide brim hats. Cleans well and very easy after use. Wear them all the time when out in the sun for extended periods.

Love it. Comfortable, breathable, and stylish. Is feminine- looking and offers good coverage without being too dorky.;) I wear hats all day most days, and swap between caps, full brim western hats. This one has quickly displaced many of my other go- to hats! Only complaint is I 'm not a big fan of velcro closures. The velcro does work well, but I 'd always rather a strap with slide buckle for an adjustable hat.

If it's too big, an elastic is available at the back of the head to tighten.
