I love the fit and feel. Very lightweight, which I wanted, as a summer weight jacket. The stretch improves the fit and feel over my other bomber. The only things I would change is; Add the original bomber style shoulder pockets and tool sleeves, maybe even on both sides. A velcro shoulder patches with a cover that matches the jacket fabric to hide the velcro if preferred. Stretch cordura or something cut resistant to protect in the shop against sheet metal edges or on the street for self defence. Hand pocket designed more like the original without the flap. Or maybe different bomber offerings.

This jacket is more than I could have hoped for. I operate a snowplow at a ski resort at night during storms clearing parking lots. When I get out of the tractor into what is frequently a howling blizzard, this keeps me warm, sealed and protected. It's loose enough that I can wear layers underneath if it's really cold and the whole thing is lined with nylon so there is no binding at all. The hood and zipper come up to just the right place on my chin to be functional without hindering. And when it's wet snow or rain, it runs right off and I stay dry. Amazingly comfortable. There is nothing about this jacket that I do n't like. Bravo Carhartt!

This jacket is an addition to the three other various Carhartts that I have hanging in my coat closet. I was needing something on the lighter side this time for doing some e- bike trail riding around metro Detroit and also something to match the camo paint scheme on my fat tire. This jacket's Moss color turned out being about as close to U. S. Army `` mean green '' as you could hope to get and I also really like the high zip neck and velcro adjustable sleeves. The fit was perfect too, as always. Since I have the sincere `` need for speed '', I was also duly impressed with how warm it was against the Spring windchill temps. I paired this jacket up also with some Carhartt fingerless gloves which is another story but the combo has worked out exceedingly well for riding. After all the accolades though, what stands out the most about this brand to me is that it was born in the City of Detroit for the tough, honest, hardworking man and wearing it, to quote Doc Holiday, kind of reminds me of me.

The fit is perfect and gives me room for heavier sweatshirts or sweaters but doesn ’ t look huge when I wear something lighter underneath. The length is great and keeps by upper legs warm and I really like the fact that the hood is lined with fleece, which keeps my head as warm as if I were wearing a hat. I definitely recommend!

[ This coat, womens small, fits perfectly for my daughter that is 5ft, 90lb. Sleeves were a little long, but that is to be expected for a petit person. Would recommend for young girls on the verge of youth sizes being too short and preferring a longer fit to keep legs warm.

[ I love this coat! It is so warm that it is perfect for sub- freezing temperatures. I am a teacher and ASL interpreter, so I wanted a coat that would keep me warm at recess duty and be flexible enough for me to use ASL while wearing. I could not decide between a S and XS so I ordered both and the S fit best. I very easily returned the XS with no problems at all. The size chart recommended an XS for me but considering the heavy weight clothes I wear in the winter, I wanted to have some breathing room. Great coat!
