This bag is very large. Almost a little too large. We attend a lot of highschool sporting events and can fit multiple blankets, water bottles, jackets, food, etc in it. I like the handle design allowing to you use the flat handles instead of needing to carry it with the larger shoulder straps. The clip rings are great for clipping on keys, hand warmers, battery packs or bluetooth speakers. Next time I 'd probably go with the 30 instead of the 50 but this will work great even being a bit too big. I feel like I could put way more weight in here than it recommends but no reason to over test it. Like any other product, you pay for what you get when it comes to quality and you ca n't go wrong with these bags regardless of the size that you choose.

I have the Nike Travel “ Set ”, and currently use the Nike Utility duffel for my closet( 100% Nike Life Gear- Chamois Pants, Nike Life Camp shorts, Life fatigue pants, Nike Wool Classics Tees etc.)- the Nike Utility backpack for work( Mac, iPad Pro, 22 ” Uperfect Monitor+ A bunch of other stuff), and I have the Light Army Heritage backpack for other storage, plus a Nike Heritage for toiletries. Now I have this Heritage Tote 22 Liter for my dirty laundry, which neatly packs in my utility duffel to hold my shirts and seperated from pants and shorts when traveling again. In short, if I own it, it is Nikes Best. And then I write these reviews, and they sell out. This fits in perfect. Bags are OK for polyester in that they will not mold etc. and if they do, they don ’ t ruin and can be washed to repair. Not that it is a problem yet, but I won ’ t wear polyester clothes anymore. Just Nike Life gear that ’s cotton, canvas, leather or wool. Bring Back the Nike Life Utility Vest in Green! And Nike Camp shorts in green! Grab yourself one, before these sell out too.

This is a great long weekend( 3- 4 day) bag. Highly recommend packing cubes for easy access and organizing. The bottom pocket was great for thicker items on the way to and dirty laundry on the home. The interior and exterior pockets provided extra convenience. I used the adjustable loops on the outside for my jacket could also work for a light blanket. Stores away compactly. Despite the generous size, it was easy to carry by hand or shoulder.

This is perfect for when I travel with my yoga mat. Normally I would either put my mat in my checked bag adding to the limited weight allowance or carrying it by the strap to give me one more thing to wrangle. This has built in straps that will be perfect for the mat plus a lower compartment to keep my shoes away from the rest of my clothes. Looking forward to my next trip with this bag!
