I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! Several months ago I bought the Harbinger FlexFit gloves and gave those a four star, mainly because when I first bought them the finger holes were a bit tight. They did slowly stretch over time, but after some wear, I felt the palm padding was n't helping. So, far the Pro gloves exceed the FlexFit gloves in many ways.
