I love these gloves. I am a ski patroller and need a warm and functional glove. The mission gloves provide the dexterity I need to manage a taboggan, ropes, and tools. Skied a couple times in these. if temps fall below 15F, handwarmers would be useful. But when its warm its nice to ski with just the liners. They are waterproof.
