With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I bought these early in January when rumors of a snowstorm started swirling around. I also bought them for my son to use for track. They helped a little with the snow( they are not waterproof), but they are perfect for track. They are not bulky, so they do n't get in the way if he puts them in his pocket, and they fit him like a glove. We could n't find the gray ones, but the black ones did, as promised.

My workouts have evolved into heavier weights and I realized I needed workout gloves. I tried other brands, but they had seams in the top of my palm that I know would hurt my grip. However, these Bionic Women's BeastMode Gloves gloves fit well, with padding where it was needed, but not so much that it effects my feel. They also offered a smooth grip without seams. Where I live we are still getting a lot of snow days, and so these gloves are fantastic for days where I need to run outside in a lot colder temperatures. I was gifted these from my brother in law as a birthday gift since I like running, but it's starting to get cold outside. It was 40° today so almost warm enough to not need gloves, but I hardly even notice I 'm wearing these( since they 're not overly bulky) so I grabbed them anyways. So glad I did because a mile in, I slipped on ice and completely ATE IT landing on my palms and knees. I finished my run and went home. My knees were totally shredded through my leggings and bleeding with the skin all torn up. But my palms- TOTALLY unscathed!!!! There's no rips on the gloves and my palms are totally in good shape. I lift weights a few days a week. Wearing gloves to protect the ligaments is a good idea. After some time without using gloves I will feel some pain in the fingers. I normally use gloves with the half finger which works great. I bought these full finger gloves to see how I liked them. After a few workouts they fit well and I think they prevent any damage to the ligaments. These are good gloves but I still prefer the half finger gloves because I still have more feeling and control of the fingers.

These gloves are awesome. As a woman, I have difficulties lifting the weight my muscles can handle because my grip is too weak. I was able to do my first free pull- up with these gloves and have been lifting heavier with them. I was wary of using a full- finger glove because I had never trained in them. These gloves are touchscreen, so I can use my phone without having to take them off, I do n't mess- up my mani when I workout anymore, clamping fingers between weights does n't hurt as much, no touching all the germy equipment, and they have a towel on the thumb to wipe off sweat:) win, win, win. I was a bit concerned about sizing. I measured at the high end for medium but decided not to go for a large because I 'd rather have them be a bit snug. I 'm glad I got the medium because the large would have been too large in the fingers. As for the wrist strap, I have pretty small wrists but there was no way I was getting these to close all the way, and partially closed the velcro rubbed against my skin. I just tucked the loose bit under and problem solved, no rubbing, and because it was snug to begin with it stayed in place. I definitely think these will keep my hands from getting torn up as I advance to heavier weights( which is why I got them to begin with). They washed well( in a mesh bag on delicate cycle) but I think I 'll turn them inside out next time because there were a lot of loose little black threads that came off on my hands after the first use( probably just cause they 're new). They seem like they 'll hold up one time but it's too soon to tell.

The padding needs to be thicker because they did not cusion my grip very well. The grip was good but the cushioning of the padded area did not seem to provide much cusion for my palms.
