[ For starters, Hestra ’s size selection allows for a more precise fit. Any 3 finger model is a slight compromise over a mitt for warmth, but you can always bring your index finger in as needed. They are reasonably warm, though not expedition gloves, and I expect to throw in warmers for temps in the low single digits( F), or below. The wrist/cuff adjustments function well. The soft leather makes for a very supple feel and were fairly nimble when tinkering with gear. The wrist strap/handcuffs were overkill for me and swapped with a traditional straps. Have n't owned long enough to attest to the durablity.

Used these gloves for 1 day between 14 and 28 deg F with windgusts and snow machines on making icy and windy conditions for a much lower feels like temp. First off, the GoreTex in these gloves holds up to its reputation, the ice/snow from the snow machines stuck to everything and ev eventually would melt but my gloves on the inside didnt feel wet at all even once. Wore these without the liner and they are comfortable, but not that warm. My hands were cold but not super uncomfortably cold by lunch without the liner in. Put the liner in after going back out and it made a world of difference. My hands stayed warm the rest of the day even after the sun went down and temperature dropped significantly. After a full day of use on the slopes carrying ski poles most of the time, there is no sign of any use on these gloves and i am hopeful they keep holding up for me. They were fairly expensive at full price, but seem to be worth it so far.

I normally get gloves of another brand and while those are great for cold winter weather, the light use gloves I get from them were n't that great so I 'd be on the lookout for another pair and came across these in store. [ I bought these gloves to use during a 100- mile race to keep my hands from freezing into useless nubs. I carried them the entire time yet the temps never dropped below 67 degrees. HOWEVER. They were lightweight enough that they did n't slow me down, if it HAD gotten cold then I 'm confident my hands would have stayed toasty warm, and I still love the color as it matches my aesthetic. You should buy these gloves. Worst case, you do n't need them but at least you look trendy and ready for anything.

[ I got these especially for long winter walks with my dog. They are keeping my hands comfortable down to about 20F for an hour. I ordered them a size up( the largest, 11) so I can add another thin wool glove liner and that's pretty good down to 10F. The leather is soft, molding to my hand, showing some wear after a few weeks, so I hope it holds up over time.

Planning on using these once it cools down, July in Denver is no jokes but that's also probably why they were marked down so much. They are soft, and the medium fit my hands perfectly, I 'm sure these will come in handy once Fall/Winter hits. Also, the red color really pops!

These are super comfy and soft, thin enough to stay agile for tying knots or any other campsite tasks, but cozy enough to stay warm. I do n't think I would trust these to last super long on the trail using trekking poles all day, but that's not what these are for. They 're more like glove liners or campsite gloves than proper technical gloves. But for the price, fit, comfort and style, you ca n't beat them. I do love the new gloves. I used the size chart and I feel like the XL was the right size for me. The look and material are of a high quality. They keep me warm in cold conditions skiing. [ I bought these on a recommendation from a fellow climber. I used them to jam my way up Devils Tower and they held up nicely. They are tight around my fingers but hoping they stretch after some use. They stay tight and did not affect my ability to belay my partner. They might seem expensive but better than throwing away sweaty tape gloves after a use or two!
