It ’s so hard to find longer bike shorts( for those of us with thick thighs) that have pockets, do not cause sausage leg, and don ’ t roll at the waist while still giving some tummy control. I run in the desert up to 96 degrees in these shirts. I wear a medium in other brands but a large in icebreaker tops. The slit in the back makes a nice vent for heat to escape and the shirt flows AWAY from the body which allows for airflow over the skin.
