I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. The kids say they are not hot at all and are really comfortable. Good job under armour!

[ These shorts work out well for my boy. The material is sleek and makes it easier to run. They are long enough and shaped well enough for my son to run and play ball. He does not seem to sweat more than usual in them as I know some materials can cause that. After two months the threading is still solid and secure.
