I have had countless of these suits in several different colors. I am a 67 year old woman and I have been swimming my whole life so I ’ m still in pretty good shape. I love the high cut of the legs and the cups. The breasts aren ’ t what they used to be so the cups are greatly appreciated and the higher legs keep it from looking like a granny suit. Because of sloping shoulders, most swim suits are uncomfortable for lap swimming. This one is perfect for lap swimming, I never have to stop or interrupt the stroke to pull up the straps or fuss with the upper portion to stay in place. All the pockets on these shorts are great! There's even a loop for a hook to hold a key. The phone pocket fits my phone now, but if phone's keep getting bigger that pocket will need to get bigger, too. There's a credit card size pocket, too. Not sure is it's RFID. If not that would be one improvement I would suggest. I was n't looking for a short with a built- in panty, but that's one of my favorite features. I like the longer length. That's why I bought my first pair of these.
