Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

I really like these trousers. I wanted a pair of hiking trousers that looked a little more stylish and can be worn in a multitude of scenarios. I have them in green, a pleasing military shade, and like the fact they are all a single block of colour unlike many two- tone hiking trousers( which I personally find a little uncool). Material is flexible facilitating easy and fluid movement and is durable but not heavy. The cut is straight, not baggy, a little more slim than most walking trousers. The elasticated hem is practical and aids with the slimmer line of the trouser. The 3 pockets are all zipped which is practical. The yellow logo on the back is cool. Just got these and they feel fantastic! They seem to run a little big. Older Free Fly pants have fit well at 36x34. These in a 36x32 are a little big in the waist and spot on for length! Only thing I 'd like to see changed is deeper front pockets as my iPhone 16 hangs out a bit.
