Thought I just needed a vest as part of my running wardrobe, but little did I know this was a must have I never knew about. Now in cooler weather I ’ m wearing this for pretty well any temperature below 50F. Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. I ’ VE NEVER FELT HOT WHILE WEARING THIS!!! Sure I ’ ll still sweat, but there ’s no worry about thinking you need to plan for how warmed up you ’ ll be 2- 3 miles in. One slight ding I ’ d give for how small the zipper pulls are and it ’s easy for the bottom one to not quite line up and get off track.

I am an age group competitive triathlete and runner. I work out ear round. Weather dos no top me. This Therma- Fit vest is Excellent for colder weather runs or use when golfing. It is heavier than my Nike AeroLoft vest which I use on chilly but not cold days. The multiple ventilation zippers have been extremely well designed for days that start extremely cold but warm up later during the run. I am 6 ’ 3 ” and 185lbs. The fit is perfect!
