I bought these to use with my road bike, which has a cushioned but very narrow seat. If I go for a ride longer than 45 minutes, I usually am sore along my pubic bone. These shorts helped a lot with my 2 hour bike ride this weekend—no discomfort at all! I was also pleased with the fit. I ’ m 5 ’ 6 ”, 160lbs with most of the weight carried in my thighs, so I often have trouble finding shorts that don ’ t squeeze too much and don ’ t ride up. These were long enough that they grabbed my thigh at the narrowest part by the knee, and didn ’ t ride up because of the nonslip band around the leg opening. These have a mid rise, which is not what I normally go for because I ’ m afraid they will fall down, but these stayed put! I got a size M for reference.

I didn ’ t have high hopes for these( tbh i never buy nike because i just assume they dont make good running gear) but the magenta color short was calling for me. I sized up to a M even though the size chart says I should be a S, but i ’ m glad i sized up. These are EXCELLENT running shorts. The waist did n't fold over, even when i was sitting down. They did n't slide down during my 4 miles run/walk. I dont think i had to adjust the legs or pull the waist up even one time. There ’s no seem at the leg opening so i had NO chafing. I have always been a 6 ” inseam bike short gal, but i will be buying more 8 ” inseam shorts because of these. I want them in more colors! I think the only downside is that the side pockets are kind of small. I have the iPhone 13 mini, and it fits, but i dont think any larger of a phone could fit. The pockets are an appropriate size for gels, energy bars, etc. but definitely not the iphone pro max lol. Overall great running short!

[ I have n't gone on any super long rides( 12 miles is the longest) with these shorts yet and those rides have been primarily on paved surfaces, but so far I love them! These are the first shorts with liners I have worn and was n't sure how I would like having two bottoms as I am used to just wearing just padded bike shorts or bibs. I was skeptical with the chamois as it did n't seem `` beefy '' enough to provide adequate cushioning, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have n't been saddle sore or even uncomfortable on any rides and no chafing which I worried about from having two bottoms. I normally wear a medium in bike shorts so I ordered a medium in these as well. I am 5' 6 '' and 140 lbs. The liner fits great and is true to size, the shorts seem sized a little big, but the velcro adjustment on the sides kept them snugly in place without the waistband digging in. The material is soft and flexible yet rugged. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect for long running! The pockets are amazing! I can hold 3 gels in each pocket. Then there is room for one in the back pocket too! You can also put a phone there if you want. The only issue is with the material. The softness makes the shorts very comfortable, but the inner thigh rubs the material down a bit. If you run super long, like I do, over time that material may wear thin and tear a small hole. At least it did for me. Otherwise, if you do n't marathon train, then you 're probably fine. I 'll probably buy another pair when I 'm back to running shorter races.

The leg grippers stay put no mater how sweaty you get. The padding is light, which is expected, but so comfortable and wicks the sweat away. It's also actually cut for a woman's body and does n't feel like someone trimmed down the men's and called it a day. The waist comes up a bit higher but not too high and stays put. Very nice quality, as always I appreciate the quality of the chamois by Le Col, very confortable on long rides. It is given 5- 15°C but I find them very warm( warmer then the LC_CC Sport Bib Tights for example) so for me it's more suitable for 0- 10°C rides. I find they size a bit big, I usually wear size S but here I chose XS( I 'm 1, 63m/60kg) and they fit perfectly.

Having read the reviews on these Bib tights I thought I would try them for myself and am so glad that I did. Not only is the chamois comfortable but it ’s probably the best ever and I didn ’ t even think about any discomfort when out riding. I have only used them on a few rides so far including a 70km ride down to temperatures of around zero but they have performed well. I know everyone is different but I am really fussy when it comes to bib shorts and tights and these are fab!
