The shirt is lightweight and casual, but could probably be dressed up a little. It doesn ’ t even look mesh at first, but it ’s very breathable. [ I really enjoy this top. Not too thin and not too thick. My favorite on this top is the side pocket that can fit your phone, but won ’ t move around and cause your phone to fall out during a workout session. I also love that you have thumb holes in the top and can also fold the sleeves back on the top if it ’s too long. I ’ m more in between sizes right now( meaning too big for womens sizes but too small for plus size) but I had no issues with the fit of this top. This top fits true to size so if you ’ re looking for a fit where you can put a undershirt underneath, you could size up.( In my case, I ’ m normally an XL, but got a 1X). The material is really soft and doesn ’ t feel heavy. I only wore this top casually but I could tell with the material that you wouldn ’ t be too hot in it if working out. Being able to roll the sleeves up and adjust the zipper could help with the heat as well. The only thing I would probably change about this top, is possibly adding a zipper to the back of it to add in extra items you may be carrying when out and about.
