I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

I recently found out about Nike's premium essentials line and absolutely love it! It is heavyweight cotton so it feels tough but comfortable. Feels like it will last 3x as long as a regular t- shirt. Absolutely love this crew neck basketball sweatshirt. The Dri- Fit terry cloth material is smooth and comfortable while keeping your temperature balanced. I have a million Nike fleece hoodies. This is a nice alternative that keeps you warm but comfortable and cool with sweat wicking in warmer temperatures. I have this top in olive and black. I love the side zipper pocket to keep my phone/wallet safe for hooping or any activity. I ordered a size large although i generally wear a Nike medium. I like the extra room and loose fit for mobility and layering. Highly recommended!
