This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. [ When it comes to the feel of the shirt, it made me question why I have n't gotten one of these sooner. When working out it does n't feel too heavy nor too thin and it was great when breaking out a sweat. It truly felt like a quality shirt to work out in and it made me feel like I looked pretty good in it as well. I know you 're probably reading this thinking `` dude calm down it's just workout gear. '' Honestly I 'm not used to this type of quality with my workout stuff so it feels almost like wearing a breathable silk that handles sweat well. Fabric was perfectly soft and it was n't too thin like I 've seen from other brands. You knew it was n't cheap and I would definitely get more. I loved the way I felt in it. To be honest, I 'm out of shape but something about how it compresses everything made me feel that I can accomplish a lot going forward.

[ First off, this shirt is a slim fit shirt. I would say going true to size is not a bad idea if you don ’ t mind the slim- fit and one size up if you want a more traditional fit. However, staying in my true size, the general feel of the shirt is superb. It is very soft and hugs your body nicely. There are vents on the sides where air can easily pass through and gives more breathability, which is really appreciated during a workout. The shirt is light- weight, very flexible, and a bit thin. But, the material and texture is excellent. Even after a wash, it retains its shape and feel. I also love the simple design in the front, as it ’s not at all flashy. If I had to choose one thing to nitpick, it would be that if you choose to go up a size, the length of the shirt might be a bit long. Going true to size, the length was a tad long but not enough to be a problem. Overall, a very nice shirt and would highly recommend.

My son is a big guy and enjoys these for football workouts. The smaller size have the compression shorts underneath, but the larger size is have a mesh brief. If I could change anything about it, I would have the larger sizes also having the compression underneath.

I think i 've finally found a shirt I can count on. I run hot and tend to sweat more than the average person, most shirts show the sweat almost immediately- this one did not. It truly wicked the moisture away and kept me dry and cool throughout 95+ degree days. additionally the fit is great, not boxy and runs pretty true to size.

I have these twice in black, in red, white, and blue. That ’s are BY FAR the best athletic shirt I ’ ve ever worn. Breathable, stretchable, hold up well and look good to wear casually. These are the best tennis, pickleball, walking, and all around comfort shorts ever made. Tons of ventilation, inside legs and at back- amazing for hot weather. Fabric is very stretchy and soft, 10/10. Pockets hold tennis balls perfectly. Can ’ t believe they stopped making these and replaced them with the Victory shorts which are trash in comparison. Less stretch, zero ventilation, not nearly as comfortable. Please bring back the Flex woven net shorts!!!

Reviewing this from the POV of an end user& tech fabric geek. Love the materials of the MH AirMesh. Already have the hoody; just bought the crew. Agree w/ those who say it's very warm when at standstill or w/ a wind layer over top, yet while moving or with wind and no wind layer it's like being naked. To me that says the fabric is functioning precisely how a base layer shoulder. Only con is hypothetical: delicate fabric. I 've had no issues with snags, pilling, abrasion, etc. But I would n't be surprised were I to, given the softness of the fibers and the openness of the fabric they 're arranged into. Cut/fit are unremarkable w/ exception of the somewhat high neck hole and the different accent fabric used there. Packs tiny, resilient fibers bounce back into shape immediately. Most comparable to the Patagonia Cap Air wool base layer, minus the itchiness/roughness and the ultra premium price point. Also, like Polartec Power Stretch pro, but much lighter and more airy fabric, fwiw.

Love this shirt. Wear it all the time and have already ordered another one- so comfortable. If they eventually make a short sleeved version I 'll buy that, too. It's a great base layer and good for cool/cold weather chillin'. Be aware that there is zero wind blocking- it's a mesh fabric- you must have a shell if you 're hiking/skiing/walking to mailbox. That said- I 've hiked in 15- 20F with wind and just this base and a heavy shell no problem. Note: It's very `` roomy ''. Great for me, but if you 're a bean pole you may be swimming in it- think about that when selecting sizes.

Lightest shirt I own, especially for it being a long sleeve. It ’s lighter than my t- shirts. Its lightness is kind of weird at first actually. On its own it almost feels like you ’ re not wearing anything at all. Just a feeling of soft fuzziness on your skin. It ’s sensational. The warmth factor I ’ m not so sure of. Yes, it is warm. But when I layer it underneath, for example, the MicroChill fleece jacket, overall I ’ m less toasty than if I ’ m wearing the MicroChill on bare skin. But the MicroChill jacket is made of a nice fleece material that is comfortable on the skin on its own. If I wanted a lightweight base layer for, say, the Ghost Shadow Hoody synthetic down jacket, it ’s an excellent pairing.
