I ’ m 5 ’ 9 200 and I bought a large and medium. I ’ m still too heavy so the large fits best for now. Though the medium fits snug and looks great on the arms. It handles sweat well and is super light weight. Only complaint is that my lanyard rubs on the chest area and the swinging mic cord has caused a little fabric pills.
