Have this shirt for several weeks now and really like it. It surprised me when I first got it how it has little to no stretch but it is a nice fitting shirt. Definitely a good layer shirt to wear at a slightly nicer look. Kind of a mid- casual shirt.

The Alpine Design Chamois shirt is a nice warm and comfortable shirt for Fall or Winter days. I am 6 feet tall and 220lbs and got an XL. It runs a little big but would worry a Large would be too fit for this kind of shirt.

Great outer layer over a sweater or a hooded sweatshirt. I don ’ t normally wear button downs like this but I really enjoy it as a “ jacket ”. It ’s fairly thick and warm and I would probably not wear it on its own inside of the house or anything like that. It ’s a little long in the sleeves but cuffing it once fixed that.

Like the feel of this LS tee. Can use it as a base layer or by itself on cooler days. I personally used it for an outdoor run and felt great. One thing though… while the fabric is intended to wick sweat out, I did notice the tee being soaked so not sure I ’ ll be taking it out for runs again. The length of the tee is also a little short so consider that if interested in this shirt.

Very well made flannel. It feels like thick vintage flannel from your Dad. Thinker than North Face Arroyo flannels. Reading other reviews, the size recommendations are all over the place… stick true to size. I am 6 ’ 0 ”, 170 lb with long armed canoeing/running build and bought a large in this( and wear a large across North Face and other brands of flannels). This Valley Twill fits very similar to the North Face Arroyo flannel… except this Valley Twill is about 1 ” shorter in the body. Compared to other flannels that I own this is slightly shorter in body… but everything else accurate. The Pike ’s Purple flannel color looks great and was half- off on Dick ’s website. Great value for thick flannel. Recommended.

I bought this to use for hikes in the fall& early winter. It's primary use is as an outerwear shirt or even a replacement for a light jacket. I 've only had it for one trial run, but it has performed admirably. When paired with a good base layer it has kept me comfortable from the low 30's to mid 40's F. My first impression was the wool was very itchy on bare skin. It's a a far cry from a quality merino base layer, but while carrying a light pack and coupled with a good base I never noticed the shirt. Seems like a nice shirt with enough room to make it very versatile.

Recently purchased this shirt at a local outdoor shop. Probably the best fitting shirt I own. At 5'11, 180lbs, I typically fall right in between medium and large for most brands. Medium tends to be on the verge of too tight and large tends to be baggy. The Ovik twill in medium is a perfect fit. Exactly right across the shoulders, perfect length, and does n't billow around the waist. Quality is top notch.
