I don ’ t have to worry if it ’ ll hold, it does amazingly. I wore this out to a run with me at a park and sweat a ton and it still held up quite well. The bra is breathable and feels so light that makes it so much more comfortable to run in. I especially like the straps on this bra because they don ’ t dig into your shoulders like other bras. The padding in the bra is light, so if you have piercings it may show through. That ’s the only downside. Otherwise this is genuinely the most comfortable bra I ’ ve ever worn. I ’ m more petite in size but I found the medium size to fit best without being too tight or too loose. Reminds me of a T- shirt bra in terms of comfort. Highly recommend.

I wear it for my strength training workouts and it is a great support level for that, but if you have a larger chest like I do I don ’ t know that it would be the best for running or any HIIT exercise. If you are an extremely sweaty person, be aware that you might get eye- shaped patches of sweat on your bust 😆 The sewn- in pads are extremely comfortable, and the bra is supportive for a large bust while running. For reference, I wear 32G bras and I got a size small. The extra padding actually helps keep my skin dry, which is an added bonus( I live in a place that ’s very hot and humid). While I would say that these run large, I ’ ll definitely be buying more when my current rotation wears out!

[ This Nike Mother Nature Maternity Bra is perfect for all 3 trimesters due to adjustable chest band and comfortable fit of the back cross straps. The fabric was soft and did not cause chafing but was thick enough where needed. My favorite thing was the adequate support while jogging but comfortable enough to wear causally. I am excited to have a sports bra that is comfortable and accessible for breastfeeding as well. My only challenge was trying to adjust the chest strap while wearing the sports bra, I had to take the bra off to adjust but it ’s not difficult to get on and off other tight sports bras.

This is definitely one of the more stylish maternity bras on the market, but still functions really well. The front wrap design makes it easy to pull down for nursing or pumping and there ’s a mesh panel underneath for added support( and modesty). I find that many pumping bras are somewhat bulky so I appreciate that this bra is pretty sleek and the mesh under layer adds to and doesn ’ t interfere with the look. It does seem to run a little small so I would size up next time since it ’s a pull over design.( Especially while being a nursing mama with a fluctuating chest!) Overall, I love this bra, but would love it even more if there was some sort of clasp on the bottom strap across the back to allow for some extra slack when pulling the bra over my head.
