This bra is so flattering and comfortable that I came back to order more! It is lightly lined, but thankfully not ‘ padded ’ as the description says. I am not sure why Nike and so many other brands feel the need to put pads in sports bras now- it is frustrating to find only one or two options in their entire inventory that come without padding. I don ’ t want or need extra fabric when I ’ m hot and sweating, and really don ’ t see a need to ‘ embellish ’ my chest when I ’ m working out?! I ’ ve been able to wear it for everyday wear and for workouts. I was surprised that it is labeled a medium support because I tend to wear high support sports bras and I felt like this was very supportive. I also usually don ’ t like padding in any sports bras but this is very light and doesn ’ t change the fit of the bra. I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

I found that these bras are incredibly comfortable/soft for both long- distance running and casual use.
