This is my first free people purchase. They are very oversized. For reference I am 5 ’ 5 and around 145- 150lbs and I ordered a medium. I wanted the oversized look, but I could ’ ve gone with a small. I think because these are not meant to be high waisted, the waist is a lot bigger than it normally would be for a medium. I do have to pull them up really high and tie them tight with the drawstring, otherwise they will drag on the ground( So, good for tall girlies!). The fabric is light weight, which is what I wanted for the summer time. I also like how they look, just wish the fit was a bit better. For comparison, I also ordered the oversized Nike sweats in a medium and those fit perfect size wise. These are bigger than those. Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

I think these are the perfect trouser/yoga pant combo. I 've worn them out to dinner and feel totally comfortable styling them with a t- shirt during weekend errand runs. Immediately after taking them out of the package, the fabric feels like your standard workout material, but it's heavy and looks so flattering on. I love that they have weight to them as a trouser or a jean would. They sit so nice on my waist and do n't roll down. However, the length. I am 5' 5 '' and they are super long, but have styled them with some sneakers that have a platform or give me a little lift and it's not a problem. I noticed the model in the photos was 5'10 '' and they 're just about touching the floor, so that's a great representation of how long they are. I just love the way they fit and look, and have already ordered the other colors.

DSG is excellent quality, superb elastics and a tru fit. I weigh in at about 220 and 5' 7 '' and the XL fit perfectly. The inseam a bit long but mine is 29- I 'll live it with it all day long. The pants run a little long( since they are n't sized by inches) but you can easily roll them up or hem them permanently. My favorite thing about these pants are that they are stylistically more appropriately fitting to wear out in public while being this comfortable. [ I found these pants to be amazing while I was out skateboarding. They somehow managed to always feel cool, even when the rest of me was hot, and at no point did I feel a damp spot from sweat. I worried at first that they were going to be restrictive while skating, but they had a good amount of stretch to them, and the pants stayed firmly on my hips, even with all the leg movement. Fashion wise again I was quite surprised. The little fake zipper flap area around the crotch was enough to make it look like I was n't just wearing sweats out of the house. I am surprised that a little thing like that could make such a difference. Design wise I would no change anything. They drawstring is well hidden inside, the material both looks and feels comfortable and stylish without looking tacky. The taper down the leg led to a snug fit around my ankles, which allowed me to showcase my shoes while wearing and skateboarding in them, which is highly important to me since I take great pride in my show collection and do n't like when they become hidden by pants.

I ordered the top that can be purchased as part of this set. It fits perfectly. However, I bought a bottom of the same size and it was big. I recommend going a size down for the pants and regular for the top. Overall great purchase( comfortable and versatile). WIll be purchasing other colorways.

I ordered these sweatpants online in the color rust. Super comfy and it was the perfect length for me. My inseam is usually a 26- 27 for sweatpants. It's thicker and warmer than most sweatpants. It has a zippered slit pocket in the back which is nice! The only complaint I have was that I noticed it got some snags or pills on the butt area after only 1 wear, so quality of material is not that great for the an expensive pair of sweats.
