After a wash the fabric becomes super soft and feels wonderfully comfortable. They are n't thin so they probably are not ideal for the height of a 100 degree summer but for all three other seasons they are* perfect*. They fit pretty loosely for an XL which is a plus. I like cinching the ankles because I like the sporty look I get. It's brilliant how they have been able to design a way to keep the cinching elastic out of the way, whether it is loose or not. [ These pants have been part of my daily wardrobe for the past couple weeks and I have a lot of positive things to say about them. First and foremost they are some of the most comfortable pants I have. I do a lot of moving at work and the 4- way stretch allows me to move in all sorts of planes, no restricted movements at all. Material is quite breathable so I never felt like I was overheating or sweating in my lower extremities. They seem to be made of a durable and soft polyester fabric. I really put these pants through the ringer working in healthcare. And they have held up beautifully. They just as new as when I got them. These pants are packed with features with zippered back pockets, rear stretch around waistband, small plastic key ring around front belt line. I 'm 5' 5 160 lbs and I got a size 32 x 30. Perfect fit. These chino pants are top tier business casual pants with activewear comfort.

The material is such great quality as well and you can definitely feel it when you put them on. It feels really soft and smooth and the fact it ’s dri- fit is even better than regular chino pants. The fit of these pants are not too tight either which I love because it helps when you have to move around a lot. So doing things like bending, kneeling, walking, raising your knee, etc is very easy to do. I have also used these pants for work and I must say that they ’ re the best work pants I ’ ve owned. I have to do a lot of light physical effort in my job and these pants make things much easier than other pants I ’ ve worn. I would definitely recommend these pants to anyone.

Definitely tear resistance with the checker style stitching which is a plus.
