[ I took these pants on a trip to Europe and wore them multiple days, always over a merino base layer. The lightweight stretch fabric and comfort stretch waistband made them extremely comfortable for long hours of walking and sightseeing. They stayed comfortable all day and never felt restrictive, even after repeated wear. They fit perfectly into the local European style, looking clean and modern without being overly technical. I never felt underdressed, whether walking around town, visiting museums, or going out to dinner. The pockets are practical, including a secure one ideal for travel, and everything stayed in place without adding bulk. Sorry about their review title, I couldn ’ t help myself. Lol grate pants, fit well at the waist down to the knee but cut quite slim at the calf. Every time I get up from sitting or get out of the car or off my motorcycle. I have to do the pull my pant leg down with the other foot routine. Not a big deal. Just a bit annoying. Great improvements from last year. I liked the trail sender shorts from last year and these improve on the previous version in several ways. First, the best thing about the previous version is the ultra lightweight ripstop fabric and how well it performs in hot weather- the only comparable pants I ’ ve found in weight are the Patagonia Terrebonne joggers, and these are somehow feel even cooler in hot( 90+ F) humid weather. The new 2024 version feels like it has the same fit, but improves on some annoyances from last year: 1. The waistband is slightly elastic, which is more comfortable from previous near 0 stretch 2. The pockets are deeper and the zip pocket has been moved from the front thigh to the side hip. This is a big improvement where your phone no longer barely fits in the pocket or runs up against your hipbone when sitting 3. The construction feels higher quality and more premium. Too early to tell on how durability will compare but definitely feels like it ’ ll perform better Very happy with all the changes made!

They are versatile in that they can be worn for business or casual. The fabric is lightweight and breathable and almost feels like they are water resistant. You do need to remove from the dryer and hang up quickly as they wrinkle easily. Very comfortable fit and feel like a pair of dressy khakis. Great for work as they are very comfortable but also great for a more formal event as they can also look dressy if paired with other garments. They are a win, win in appearance and you ca n't beat the fit as they are super soft and comfortable. You can move easily in them and they do n't feel stiff like jeans.

I wore these pants 32 days straight while walking the Camino Frances in Spain. They were terrific. East to hand wash at night yet be dry in the morning. Lightweight for hot Spanish sunshine yet keeping me warm in the morning. Easy to zip off when your exertions make you sweaty. I did n't even bother alternating with the joggers from another brand, which quickly became my pajama bottoms for cold nights.

I have every single color. I wear size 34, love the velcro to adjust the tightness on the waist. I wear them for work and on my days off when I go out. Throw a polo and casual sneakers on and you ’ re good to go. Very durable and stretchy, they take a beating. They look good with either sneakers or boots. The side pockets I wish were a little wider, I can only hold my car keys in the side pocket. The main pockets hold my wallet. I keep my cell phone in my back pocket, I have a iPhone 16 pro max with a case, it ’s very tight in the side pocket.

I love the Utility Pant! The fit is perfect. Just the right amount of stretch. Perfect pockets for travel, hiking and daily use. BUT, the “ regular ” length is too short. I normally wear 32x34 pants and these in regular length are really short. Currently, the “ long ” length version is only available in black color. I want more! Ten Thousand…. please please roll out the Utility Pant Long in more colors!!!! I will buy every color.
