I would like a few hits of the 3M reflective material on the front. The fabric is breathable and comfortable. After about 30 minutes on the treadmill, they still feel good. They did n't rise up like others have before. The feel smooth and soft on the skin plus do n't restrict movement. I like that the pants have pockets for something like your phone or key fob. No real changes could be made. As is, these pants are a must for the occasional runner or the runner that loves to top their personal records.

The design is basic as it ’s an all black pants with no special design and a Nike logo, which is fine with me because I don ’ t wear loud or colorful workout gear. The pants have zippers at the ankles to get some extra air if needed and a zipper on the back to hold keys or smaller items while you run/jog. Overall a good running pant and I wouldn ’ t change a thing as they serve their purpose: a good jogging pant you can do other athletics in, roomy, comfortable, and so far durable. Good product.

The Large Interval shorts seem too loose for me. The pants feel light and easy to pack. They take up very little space and the venting on the sides is nice. Sorry about their review title, I couldn ’ t help myself. Lol grate pants, fit well at the waist down to the knee but cut quite slim at the calf. Every time I get up from sitting or get out of the car or off my motorcycle. I have to do the pull my pant leg down with the other foot routine. Not a big deal. Just a bit annoying. I love free, fly products, top quality I have been a fan from the start.
