It's warm without being bulky and he can wear it with a t- shirt or a sweater underneath. When it gets colder he can use as a base layer. Great purchase!

As good as expected, very satisfied. I am 6 foot 180 pounds, the fit is perfect in the shoulders and body. I have worn this pullover several times now, the range of motion is fluid and not restrictive. I would definitely buy again.

Quarter Zip Fiend
There are many quarter- zip for outdoor activity, but there are none like this. I have owned many different types of half- zips/quarter- zips, and various other pull overs, but they have all been outrageously expensive and made of inferior materials. Function: The wool makes this quarter zip worth the price and worth the space in your luggage and carry- on for travel or daypack/backpack for camping and hiking. It is very comfortable and not itchy; the wool will keep you much warmer than a 100% polyester construction and it will breathe! Additionally, it is moderately to above average in the durability category. Fit: The fit is great. It is close to the body but not slim. Most quarter zips that I own are either so slim it gives it an athleisure feel or so boxy you are down right swimming in it. This is a great in between. I find myself wearing this pretty much everywhere with the combination of fit and function. Overall: prAna definitely makes quality products and this is premiere for me. A durable, comfortable, and good- fitting clothing item that doubles both for casual and sporting activities is as good as gets for me. I highly recommend the product.

Great jacket. Inside is super soft, warm and cozy. Outside is stylish and water repellant. Nice to see Prana making some sporty jackets. This one looks great on the trail or out to dinner.

I love seeing Prana making some more technical clothing. This jacket is perfect; minimally sleek, warm and water resistant. The fit is form fitting but loose enough to wear a fleece layer underneath.

I went into the store not knowing what I was looking for and stumbled across this beauty( in stores they had the Black color). I did n't know I needed something like this until I saw it. Has a nice shell material that seems like it could keep you dry with some light rain or snow, and the inside is soft and comfortable and feels like it 'll be pretty warm and perfect for shoulder season to wear out and about or even around the house. I 'm 6' 1 '' and about 165- 170, so tall and slim/athletic and I could have either gone Medium or Large but I ultimately went with Medium( although I was tempted to go Large but for insulated type jackets I like them to fit a bit more snug for warmth purposes) Differences between the M and L below: Medium: Sleeves are a perfect length for me. A bit narrower fitting. The main thing I preferred about the Large was the length.... if the Medium had the Large length it would be perfect perfect. I was also wearing a waffle knit sweater underneath and the Medium still fit great. Large: Great length. Arms a bit long. Torso and chest fit nicely but around my mid section/stomach area is where it was a bit more boxy for my liking. Went with Medium because I envision wearing this when it's not frigid out so not needing to layer up a ton underneath. A nice flannel or sweater is all I need and fits perfect under the Medium.

Outstanding, midweight, all- around jacket. Comfortable across a wide range of temperatures, nice soft touch, great fit. Repels at least light rain( have n't had it in a downpour yet).
