They are way too big for my 7 year old as they are meant for 10- 12 year olds but he will definitely grow into them. I haven ’ t been able to utilize yet in the winter but the elastic waist is much stronger than LL Bean ’s supplex shorts since they went to China for production, and at lesser cost..
