Bought this for the cold runs and so far it's worked great, it gives protection from the cold, while still being breathable for your sweat. I 'm usually a small and got a small. I saw some reviews saying it was too small, but I think it is supposed to be a more form fitting design and it is n't restrictive at all. I came to here ask that Calia makes this top in EVERY color because it is perfect. I am tall, 5'11 '' and have a big bust and just have n't ever found a workout top that has been so perfectly fitting, and the high neck does n't have me worrying about my chest during bodybuilding. [ Kept me warm in 25mph winds with a temp of 48 degrees F as a top quilt in my Kammok Mantis with under quilt attached. Only issue I had was the line lock for the foot box was not strong enough and allowed it to open up a bit by morning. That's why we wear socks right? I would still recommend it.
