The zipper at the bottom stays put and gives you the option to loosen them up a little. The pants are slim fit which is fine. I got my original size and they were perfect. The design is good. I would like a few hits of the 3M reflective material on the front. The fabric is breathable and comfortable. After about 30 minutes on the treadmill, they still feel good. They did n't rise up like others have before. The feel smooth and soft on the skin plus do n't restrict movement. I like that the pants have pockets for something like your phone or key fob.
