Very soft feel and good fit. I sized up to a 4x, but my usual 3X would have been a good fit. I 've decided I like the roomy fit and will be keeping it.

Absolutely love these leggings. I know they are meant to be worn as a base layer but they are not see through at all, and butter soft. They fit so much better than the 2 wool& brand I also bought around the same time. I will be buying more!

By far the best and warmest product you can buy. The sizing accurate. Spend the money and buy this instead of the cheaper, knock offs that do not perform as well.

These are amazing! We love them. ❤️ My dad got my husband and I both a set for Christmas like 10 years ago or more. They are still in perfect condition. We use them for hunting, playing in the snow or anytime we have to be outside for long periods of time in the cold. When I go hunting and it's super cold or wind chill of- 15. I wear mine, my husband's and my under armour sweat pants under my hunting bibs. No need for a heater at all. My son told me he needed some bigger under layers so I automatically ordered him this set. He is going to be so excited when he gets the Christmas morning. If you have multiple children you definitely need to get these. They are such a good quality and will last for years if they are taken care of. The adults sizes are pretty unisex in the bottoms. The woman's top seems to be a little more fitted for the breast.

I 'm a larger guy, 5'11- 275- 280 depending on the meal. I always wondered why the workout bros would wear these so I finally asked someone. At first I 'll admit they looked like male stockings, but once I got a pair and felt the comfort, I became a believer and immediately purchased two more pair. I will wear these under my work clothes and when working out. they are perfect for walking/running in the winter.

These are just as nice as the Day Leggings and feel very similar. The material is slightly heavier; maybe not quite as soft as the Day Leggings, but still extremely comfortable. I feel there is a slight increase in support or compression, but they are definitely not high compression leggings. It is going to be a toss up on which ones I like better. Free Fly leggings are THE BEST! You can not go wrong purchasing this new style or the Day Leggings.

Love the fabric. The high- waisted fit is so comfortable! It has not been super cold yet where I live, but I do anticipate them doing a great job keeping me warm enough for winters in Virginia. My favorite go- to leggings, for sure!

I have been struggling to find comfortable base layers and finally found these! They are amazing! So comfortable and warm. The fit is true to size, could probably size down if you want a little more compression. Now thinking of replacing my ski pants with ones from here!

These leggings are amazing! I ordered them to try as a base layer for skiing, but also just to have another pair of leggings for ski trips( travelling, apres, etc.). I prefer a lighter, merino base layer- these were a bit thick to ski in for my liking BUT! I absolutely love them for a post- ski lounge/apres sesh or for traveling. They are compressive yet perfectly giving and the high waist sucks you right in. I also love where they hit- I normally wear a 25 '' inseam and these fit right on my ankle bone. Not see through at all, and they wash really nicely( I hang dry). I only wish I was able to order these in the espresso color from last year!

This is my 3rd pair of base layers from Halfdays and I 'm obsessed. They 're the perfect stretchiness while still being compressive-- a bit more like activewear than traditional base layers which I love. The mock neck and sleeves have a super cute ribbing detail. I 've also worn them for running outside when it's cold out and they 're perfect

[ If you have a small waist but thick thighs or bum, definitely size up. I usually wear I size 4- 6 in most leggings but find in merino layers I have to size up because it's tight around my quads, these are similar. I received a size medium, which fit snuggly, but if I was going to order them again I would size up to a large. The quality of these leggings is amazing! So cozy and comfy!

[ I am an avid walker and must have my daily jaunt or I will go bonkers. I have hiked in all weather from the cold sub temps of Minnesota to the rainy and windy winters of Texas. Having warm thermals are essential. Searching online reviews, Smartwool keeps popping up. My wife and I bought two sets each of tops and bottoms and she just simply loved them instantly When ever the temp dips she gleefully pulls on her Smartwool NTS and a shell and she is out the doors. The material is just the right thickness and the seams are well hidden. It instant warms the body and as claimed, do not smell after a few uses As for durability we have to wait and see. We have other woolen garments and we can see these products appear to be durable. No regrets buying them but regrettably the color choices are limited due to stocks available.

Ski base leggings are specialized thermal garments designed to be worn as a base layer during skiing and other cold-weather activities. They are typically made from moisture-wicking and insulating materials to help regulate body temperature and keep you warm while allowing for freedom of movement. Unlike regular leggings, ski base leggings often feature a tighter fit and additional thermal properties to provide better performance in cold conditions, making them ideal for layering under ski pants.
Ski base leggings are typically made from materials designed to provide warmth and comfort in cold conditions. Common fabrics include synthetic blends that offer moisture-wicking properties, helping to keep you dry during activity. Merino wool is also popular for its natural insulation and breathability, making it suitable for layering. These materials work together to ensure a snug fit while allowing for flexibility and movement on the slopes.
To choose the right size for ski base leggings, start by measuring your waist and hips, as these are key areas for a proper fit. Consult the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer, which typically correlates measurements to specific sizes. Consider the fit you prefer; some may opt for a snugger fit for better insulation and moisture-wicking, while others might prefer a looser style for comfort. Additionally, keep in mind the type of layering you plan to do, as this may influence your size choice.
When selecting ski base leggings for optimal performance, consider materials that offer moisture-wicking properties to keep you dry and comfortable during activity. Look for options with thermal insulation to provide warmth without bulk, as well as a snug fit that allows for ease of movement. Additionally, features like flatlock seams can enhance comfort by reducing chafing, while breathable fabrics help regulate temperature during intense skiing sessions.
